The Inn at Birch Wilds is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us.


If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 14 (fourteen) days prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation. Please see available travel protection insurance available at checkout.

In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than 14  notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can re-book your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made. All cancellations will be charged a $50 administrative fee.

A 30-day cancellation notice is required on whole house bookings and for some holidays and special events.

Check-in: 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM, check-ins after six are not a problem, please just let us know upon making your reservation so we can plan accordingly.  If you are running late a quick phone call is always appreciated : )

Check-out: 11:00 AM.

Early check-in and late check-out are available for a fee of $25 per hour and only upon per-arrangement. Should you arrive before check-in time, without prior approval your room will be billed accordingly.

Absolutely No Smoking of any type inside, however, designated outdoor smoking areas are available. Should the odor of smoke be detected, a cleaning fee of $300 will be charged to your card.


Missing or damaged items will be billed accordingly.

No Pets.
